By accessing or using ExploreMyData ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Description of Service
ExploreMyData is a free, browser-based tool that provides automated exploratory data analysis for CSV datasets. The Service includes:
- Data quality analysis and reporting
- Statistical analysis and visualizations

- Export capabilities for charts and reports
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes:
- Analyzing datasets you own or have permission to analyze
- Educational and research purposes

- Process data containing illegal content

Your Data Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the data you upload and analyze:
- Ensure you have proper authorization to use the data
- Remove or anonymize personally identifiable information (PII) before uploading

- Ensure data does not contain sensitive information you cannot risk exposing
Note: While data is processed locally in your browser, we recommend removing sensitive information before any analysis as a best practice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
Analysis results are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for important decisions. Always verify results with domain expertise.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExploreMyData and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Intellectual Property
Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ExploreMyData and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over the datasets you upload or the analysis results generated from your data.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
